Dear parents,

welcome to the Piccole Pesti team page. I´ve built Piccole Pesti with my husband Marco in 2010 as a first czech italian kindergarten and nursery to give a support and education to bilingual families living in Prague.

My work is my passion and I give 100% every single day. 

I´m czech italian and I´ve always seen it as a gift because it gave me the opportunity to learn more languages in a simplier way (eglish, french and russian) and work with more mentalities and points of view.

I´ve studied Pedagogy and Psychology at the Charles University, I have a first aid State Certificate, I have a Yoga for children Certificate and a Professsional Nanny State Certificate.

My two daughters have always been my great inspiration.

I hope to continue to guide all Piccole Pesti children through their childhood as long as possible, because this is my mission

Dear parents,

my name is Tereza and this year I’m going to work as a  preparatory czech teacher. All these children I already know from last years, so it is a pleasure for me to follow them into their next steps in growing.

Working with the children is not like a job for me. It’s a passion and something that comes naturally and I appreciate the constantly learning  from kids.

I’m a mom of two (7, 10y.o.) and I believe that being a mom inspired me to have a very close relationship to children in kindergarten using my maternal approach.

I completed two pedagogical courses, nanny course and teaching assistent course. I continue to study myself in this field and getting better in my profession.

I like sports, animals, nature and positive people.  With children I like to discover the world around us.I am looking forward to seeing all parents and kids, the new and the old one J, and for the moments we will spend together!

Hi!

My name is Daniela and I will be continuing my work in the nursery class this year, just like last year. I love working with the little ones and helping them grow, learn, and discover the world around them in a save and joyful environment. 

This year , I will also be leading a dance and gym club, where children will have fun, and build their confidence through playful physical activity. 

I have completed my studies at the medical vocation school and hold certifications as both a nanny and a coatch. My background and healthcare provides me with a understanding of child development and safety, while my training as a nanny has given me handson experience in childcare. In addition my coaching certification allows met he support children not only physically but also emotionally and socially through structured activities and positive guidance.

I think I am motivated and reliable person and I really like working with the children. I have a lot of younger siblings, so I knew from a young age, that I wanted to work with children. I like a lot of sports, music and culture and in my spare time I go to childrens camp.

Dear parents,

My name is Sofia and I'm the daughter of the directors/creators of Piccole Pesti. I was born in Rome and in raised in Prague, I´m bilingual.

I'm a student and I speak three languages, two of them which are Czech and Italian I speak at a native speaker level and I study English at a B2 level at school. 

Since Piccole Pesti was created, as a young girl I used to be there all the time and as I grew older I realised that I wanted to spend more time there and be part of the team myself and join to work with kids. I would usually help my parents out but I wanted to be a teacher myself and come to teach regularly and have a class of my own. In October I start a new jurney in Charles University, School management.

I am a creative person myself and I would like to join the team and work with kids and be part of Piccole Pesti.

Dear parents,

my name is Eleonora, born and raised in Rome, Italy, where I also took my master's degree.

At the beginning of 2022, I have had the privilege to join Piccole Pesti as an assistant teacher, where I could bring my love for young kids to the table. Nurturing them as well as seeing them grow and learn makes me feel a deep sense of purpose.

Thanks to Piccole Pesti , I am having a chance to focus on children's development and accompanied them in the first years of their life.

During the school year, the children will be immersed in a rich linguistic environment where I model best language practices and encourage the children to communicate. They will gain a better understanding of their self and will build self-confidence through positive interaction with others.

 I look forward to meeting your children and spend a great time together throughout the school year!

Dear Parents,

My name is Anna Watzková and this will be my third year working at Piccole Pesti School. I am currently studying Pedagogy at the University of South Bohemia, where I am in my 3rd year focusing on primary education.

This school year I will be teaching the Preparatory class. I am also offering extra Czech lessons for foreign pupils who would like to improve their language skills.

I studied at a Czech-Italian high school in Prague, and I can communicate in Czech, Italian, and English. Thanks to my younger siblings, I had many opportunities to get experience with children from an early age. I also spend my summers attending children’s camps and training programs, which allows me to learn even more about working with kids.

In my free time I enjoy sports, culture, and animals. I also sing in a professional choir, and I would like to share my positive attitude to music with the children.

Jmenuji se Anna Dlouhá a jsem logopedka.

Doposud jsem v menším či větším rozsahu pracovala s nevidomými, neslyšícími, s dětmi s poruchami řeči, s chronicky nemocnými, s jedinci s tělesným i mentálním postižením, s dětmi s PAS, se studenty s OMJ, se žáky ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit… V Piccole Pesti působím již druhím rokem.

Na práci s dětmi mě nejvíce baví zjišťování jejich osobního maxima, ke kterému se je snažím doprovodit/dovést.

Profesně se nejvíce zaměřuji na totální komunikaci, deficity v oblasti komunikace a na jejich odstraňování.
