Dear parents,

welcome to the Piccole Pesti team page. I´ve built Piccole Pesti with my husband Marco in 2010 as a first czech italian kindergarten and nursery to give a support and education to bilingual families living in Prague.

My work is my passion and I give 100% every single day. 

I´m czech italian and I´ve always seen it as a gift because it gave me the opportunity to learn more languages in a simplier way (eglish, french and russian) and work with more mentalities and points of view.

I´ve studied Pedagogy and Psychology at the Charles University, I have a first aid State Certificate, I have a Yoga for children Certificate and a Professsional Nanny State Certificate.

My two daughters have always been my great inspiration.

I hope to continue to guide all Piccole Pesti children through their childhood as long as possible, because this is my mission

Dear parents,

My name is Eliška or just Eli. I am Czech but have lived abroad on and off for 8 years (over a year in the UK and rest in Sweden). I speak Czech, English, Swedish and look forward to learning some Italian:)

I studied in Brno, a master’s programme in Social Education and Counselling at Masaryk University and later in Gothenburg, an international master’s programme in Educational Research.

I have worked with children of different ages since my high school, mostly as a leisure time instructor of arts, crafts, ceramics, yoga or at children summer camps. As a preschool teacher particularly, I have experience from the UK, Sweden and recently also from a private Czech-English Montessori preschool here in Prague.

I love working and spending time with children, discovering the world around us, learn about it and have fun. I see myself as a playful, curious and creative person and I am passionate about introducing different activities to children that awakes their curiosity, creativity and joy of learning. Also, I love movement of any kind and spending time outside.

In the school year 2024/2025, I will be the Czech teacher for the class of Preschoolers.

I am excited to be part of the Piccole Pesti team and look forward to spending time with your children.

My name is Anna Watzková,

i'm 20 years old and I study Pedagogy at University of South Bohemia.

I graduated at czech-italian high school in Prague, I'm looking forward to connect my italian ability with my dream to teach the youngest pupils of basics of knowledge.

I speak czech, italian and english.

Because of my younger siblings, I used to have many opportunities in getting knowledges in teaching the youngest ones (not only from outside, but also they gave me chance to practice in teaching.)

I love summer and winter sports, culture and animals.

I sing in professional choir group and i would like to pass on my positive view to music.

In 2024/25 I will have the honor to teach the preparatory class  and also who is interested

I will offer extra lessons of czech for foreign pupils.

I'm looking foward to spend my time with your children.

Dear Parents,

My name is Veronika Zoga(Zoubková). I graduated from high school with a focus on preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. You will most often find me in the nursery and during some afternoon activities such as a gym.

I´ve lived in Italy for several years, so I can communicate with you and your children not only in Czech but also in Italian and English. I really enjoy working with the children. I am a creative person and I like to come up with new activities that support learning in a fun and original way.

I look forward to meeting your children and spend a great time together throughout the school year!

Dear parents,

my name is Eleonora, born and raised in Rome, Italy, where I also took my master’s degree.

I moved to Czech Republic with my family 5 years ago.

We instantly fell in love with Prague, it’s rich culture and quality of life. I’m also the mom of 6-year-old girl.

At the beginning of 2022, I have had the privilege to join Piccole Pesti as assistant teacher, where I could bring my love for young kids to the table. Nurturing them as well as seeing them grow and learn makes me feel a deep sense of purpose.

I have always enjoyed working with children. From babysitting for different families to organizing events, competitions and programs for them, I have always been keep to develop their creativity and motor skills.

Thanks to Piccole Pesti, I am having a chance to focus on children’s development and accompanied them in the first years of their life.

In the 2024/2025 school year I will work again with the nursery and also with the Middles.

During the school year, the children will be immersed in a rich linguistic environment where I model best language practices and encourage the children to communicate.

They will gain a better understanding of their self and will build self-confidence through positive interaction with others.

I'm thrilled to start this adventure with you parents and kids!

Jmenuji se Anna Dlouhá a jsem logopedka. Doposud jsem v menším či větším rozsahu pracovala s nevidomými, neslyšícími, s dětmi s poruchami řeči, s chronicky nemocnými, s jedinci s tělesným i mentálním postižením, s dětmi s PAS, se studenty s OMJ, se žáky ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit… V Piccole Pesti působím již druhím rokem.

Na práci s dětmi mě nejvíce baví zjišťování jejich osobního maxima, ke kterému se je snažím doprovodit/dovést.
